Ferris: That Council appoints Chris Cote to the Library Board for 2022.

Council was updated on the planned relocation of the gas line that it is set for spring 2022.

Ferris: That Council accepts the Covid Policy for Council Meetings as presented.

Cote: That Council approves the increase in cost for the SUMA Group Benefits.

Ferris: That Council directs the Clerk to register for the following Matthewson & Co. webinars: DIY Strategic Planning Friday Feb 11, 2022, Professional Writing Friday February 25, 2022, and Grant Writing Friday March 11, 2022.

267/21 Spring Workshop 2022
Cote: That Council directs the Clerk to register 1 for the Spring Workshop to be held March 22, 2022 in Swift Current. A second registration is approved if Mayor McLearn is able to attend.

268/21 Monitoring of Museum
Ferris: That Council directs the Clerk to schedule the installation of Conx monitoring system on 2 windows and the front door of the museum at a cost of $490.00 plus tax for installation and $15.00 per month after. Council additionally directs the Clerk to purchase 2 trail cams to protect the museum.
