36/22 Nuisance Grounds – Stantec Proposal
Ferris: That Council directs the Clerk to engage Stantec Consulting Ltd. to complete a Landfill Closure Plan Cost Estimate and using this estimate, to complete an application for the ICIP grant on the Village’s behalf. The cost will be $3208.80 plus tax.

Cote: That Council directs the Clerk to register 2 delegates to attend the SUMA Convention to present our resolution, as the Village of Neville received 2 free registrations from the Small Communities draw.

Ferris: That Council directs the Clerk to register up to 3 persons in the Saskatchewan Board
of Revision course.

Council was updated on the progress of the Disc Golf Course and informed of the meeting with the Saskatchewan Disc Golf representative.

Council was informed that the camera and window/door alarms are purchased and awaiting installation.
Village Sign
Councilor Ferris will investigate the cost of a metal sign.
NEW BUSINESS
41/22 SAMA Annual Meeting
Cote: That Council directs the Clerk to register and attend the SAMA Admin training in Saskatoon on April 20, 2022. All out of pocket expenses are to be reimbursed.

Ferris: That Council rescinds the Covid 19 Vaccination Policy – Council Meetings, as of February 14, 2022.

Cote: That Council directs the Clerk to register 1 or 2 places for the Regional EMO meeting in Shaunavon on February 16, 2022, with all out of pocket expenses paid.

Ferris: That Council approves an allocated population amount of 88 persons for the 2023 Saskatchewan Lotteries Community Grant Program.

Cote: That Council approves the Office Calendars for February and March 2022. Further, Council approves the revised office hours of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm beginning March 1, 2022.
