CALL TO ORDER: Mayor McLearn called the regular meeting of Council to order at 7:00 p.m.

McLearn: That council accepts the written and verbal Council Monthly Reports.

Ferris: That Council accepts the List of Land in Arrears as of February 8, 2023, as presented.

McLearn: That Council accepts the written Fire Report.

30/23 Emergency Responder Kits
Ferris: That the Neville Inter-Municipal Fire Department apply to the Dr. Noble Irwin Regional Healthcare Foundation for funding for 2 Emergency Responder Kits.

Cote: That Council accepts the written lagoon report for February 2023.

NEW BUSINESS
Webinars and Meetings
Council was apprised of upcoming meetings and webinars.
32/23 SUMA Convention
Cote: That Council approves the Mayor and Clerk to attend the SUMA 2023 Convention on April 16th to 19th, 2023. All out of pocket expenses will be covered.

33/23 Federation of Canadian Municipalities
Ferris: That Council directs the Clerk to renew the membership to FCM for 2023 at a cost of $114.02.

34/23 Triways Price Increase
Cote: That Council acknowledges the price increase of $320.00 per month for Triways services, and approves the Waste Disposal Fee increase to $25/month, starting May 1, 2023.

35/23 Saskatchewan Community Grant Program
Ferris: That Council approves an allocated population amount of 89 persons for the 2024 Saskatchewan Lotteries Community Grant Program.

36/23 4 Way Stop
Ferris: That Council approves changing the 4 Way Stop at Railway Avenue and Mowbray Street to a 3 Way Stop by removing the south stop sign. Further, Council approves replacing the pole on the east stop sign.

37/23 March 2023 Calendar
Cote: That Council approves the March 2023 calendar.

McLearn: That the next regular Council Meeting will be Wednesday March 15, 2023 at 7 pm.
