            McLearn:  That Council accepts the verbal Council Monthly Reports.

            Cote:  That Council accepts the List of Land in Arrears as presented.

            Ferris:  That Council agrees to waive the advertising costs of 3 properties if the 2 landowners,       who were given incorrect information, pay the amount owing before March 10, 2021.

             McLearn:  That Council accepts the verbal Fire Report as presented.

            Council was updated on the fundraising for the fire truck and fire hall renovations.

            Cote:  That Council accepts the February lagoon report as read

31/21   Gas Tax Grant

             Ferris:  That Council directs the Clerk to get estimates to resurface Gloucester Street with cold     mix.

32/21   Village Sign

            Cote:  That Council directs the Clerk to apply for the Community Futures grant for a new village sign.

33/21   Cemetery Signs

            Ferris:  That Council directs the Clerk to pay the invoices for the new Cemetery signs and stands             ($342.93), and sandbags and links ($37.70).

34/21   AED Replacement Parts

            Cote:  That Council directs the Clerk to order 2 battery and pad replacement packs at a cost of             $138.00 each plus tax.

35/21   WIX Renewal

            Ferris:  That Council directs the Clerk to renew the website with WIX for 2021.

36/21   SAMA AGM Training

            Cote:  That Council directs the Clerk to register for the SAMA training webinar, to be held April 7, 2021, and to close the office while the training is proceeding.

37/21   SWTP Membership

            Ferris:  That Council directs the Clerk to renew the Village’s membership to the Southwest             Transportation Planning Council Inc. for 2021, at a cost of $51.00.

38/21   SVFF Assoc. Renewal

            Cote:  That Council directs the Clerk to renew the membership with the Saskatchewan      Volunteer Fire Fighters Association Inc. for 2021 at a cost of $200.00 for 15 fire fighters.

39/21   SAMA Request

            Ferris:  That Council directs the Clerk to request from SAMA a Physical Inspection of all properties within the municipality.

40/21   Ponteix & District Road Ambulance Non-Profit Organization

            Cote:  That Council accepts the Ponteix & District Road Ambulance Non-Profit Organization             Board’s decision to relinquish their license for operating an ambulance service in Ponteix and             serving surrounding and neighbouring municipalities.  Council understands that this is       contingent on SHA and EMS entering into an agreement with Hutch Ambulance Service to own        and operate an ambulance service to serve these municipalities and operate out of the Town of      Ponteix.

41/21   March Calendar

Ferris:  That Council approves the Office Calendar for March 2021, including working March 11, 2021 for the audit.

            McLearn:  That the next regular Council Meeting will be March 10, 2021 at 7 p.m.

            McLearn:  That the Fire AGM will be March 31, 2021 at 6 p.m., followed by the Village of             Neville Budget meeting.
