Webinars and Meetings
Council was apprised of upcoming meetings and webinars.
09/23 RMAA/UMAAS Spring Workshop
Cote: That Council approves the Clerk to attend the Spring Workshop On March 21, 2023 at a cost of $100.00. All out of pocket expenses will be covered.

Ferris: That Council acknowledges the Administrative Bond is covered under the Employee Dishonesty coverage on our insurance.

11/23 2023 Insurance Invoice
McLearn: That Council directs the Clerk to invoice the Inter-Municipal Fire Department and the Neville Rec Board for 2023 Insurance costs as follow:
- Fire - $1900.00 plus PST $114.00 ($150.00 up from 2022),
- Rec Brd - $1300.00 plus PST $78.00 (up $100.00 from 2022),
and pay $2811.00 plus PST $169.00 for the Village’s portion. (up $275 from 2022), for a total of $6371.00.

Ferris: That Council directs the Clerk to renew the village’s SUMA membership for 2023 at a cost of $689.69.

13/23 Southwest Municipal Government Committee
Ferris: That Council directs the Clerk to renew the village’s SWMGC membership for 2023 at a cost of $50.00.

14/23 Saskatchewan Volunteer Fire Fighter’s Association
Cote: That Council directs the Clerk to renew the village’s SVFFA membership for 2023 at a cost of $300.00.

15/23 Saskatchewan Association of Fire Chiefs
Cote: That Council directs the Clerk to apply for membership to the SAFC for 2023 at a cost of $210.00.

16/23 Bank Confirmation Form
Cote: That Council approves the signing of the bank confirmation form for the Auditor.

17/23 Square Credit Card Fee
Ferris: That Council directs the Clerk to charge 2.4% for every credit card transaction.

18/23 Snow Removal Issue
Cote: That Council directs the Clerk to write to the 2 residents about snow removal issues.

19/23 Roaming Cats
McLearn: That Council directs the Clerk to write a newsletter to be sent to all ratepayers, reminding them about our bylaw concerning roaming pets and number of animals allowed per property.

20/23 February 2023 Calendar
Cote: That Council approves the February 2023 calendar. This includes the Clerk using 3 holiday days.
