McLearn: That council accepts the verbal Council Monthly Reports.

Ferris: That Council denies the request from TAXervice to accept a payment plan of $200.00 per month and delay sending the file in question to the Provincial Mediation Board. Council will only accept a payment plan with the backing of the Provincial Mediation Board.

Council was updated on the progress of Asset Management.

Ferris: That Council will purchase solar lights for the target baskets and tee off boxes.

Council is to review the draft Zoning Bylaw.

Cote: That Council accepts the final audit report and directs the Clerk to pay the invoice of $6500.00 plus tax, for a total $7215.00.

154/22 Webinars and Meetings
Ferris: That Council directs the Clerk to register 2 people, at a cost of $10.00 per person, for the George Cuff Seminar to be held in Shaunavon on October 18, 2022.

155/22 R.M. of Whiska Creek No. 106
McLearn: That Council directs the Clerk to request if herself and Councilor Ferris may attend the September Council Meeting of the R.M. of Whiska Creek No. 106, to discuss road issues and snow removal.

Cote: That Council approves Adroit Overseas Enterprises Ltd’s Development Permit for a new office building. Further, Council approves the 24 x 40 Atco Custom Office they wish to move onto their site.

Ferris: That Council directs the Clerk to register Mayor McLearn to attend the SUMA Summer School, being held August 25 & 26, 2022, virtually at a cost of $300.00 plus tax.

Cote: That Council approves the yearly request to hay the old ball diamond.

Ferris: That Council approves the Office Calendar for August 2022, and approves the Village Clerk’s holiday for August 18, 2022.
