McLearn: That Council accepts the verbal and written Council Monthly Reports.

Council was updated on tax enforcement.
Nuisance Ground
Council was updated on the phone meeting with Stantec concerning next steps in the decommissioning process.
111/21 Fire Department Report
McLearn: That Council accepts the Fire Report as read.

112/21 Survivor Flashlights
Ferris: That Council directs the Clerk to purchase 16 Survivor Flashlights at $103.00 each for the Fire Department.

First Aid Kit Fundraiser
Council was informed of the net profit of $333.05 which was realized from the First Aid Kit Fundraiser. The proceeds are to go into the Fire Truck Fund.
113/21 Fire Department Security
Cote: That Council directs the Clerk to pay $15.00 per hour for 10 hours for 2 evening shifts, and $15.00 per hour for 19 hours for 2 night shifts. This is for security while the fire hall doors were being replaced.

McLearn: That the new fire department t-shirts are to be purchased from Stitchmaster and be 100% cotton with cotton embroidery.

Council was updated that we are currently working on the village owned buildings.
Village Sign
Council was informed that we have been approved for $2000.00 from Community Futures to go towards the new village sign.
Pink House
Council was informed that all utility lines have been removed and the house will be removed after seeding is complete.

Ferris: That Council directs the Clerk to send a notice to residents to assess if there is interest in having garage sales on July 17, 2021.

Village Clean Up Day
Council was informed that we are on track for the Village Clean Up Day on May 29, 2021.
Insurance
Council was updated on SUMAssure Insurance.
Commissionaires South Saskatchewan
Council was informed about the Commissionaires visit to the Village on May 12, 2021.

Ferris: That Council approves the 2020 Draft Audit by Stark & Marsh.
