94/22 Adoption of Agenda
Ferris: That the Agenda be adopted with additions.

PRESENTATION: The R.C.M.P. were unable to attend. Their emailed crime report was presented by the Clerk. Three things Council would like the R.C.M.P. to monitor in the village are: Speeding, Expired License Plates, and Off Road Vehicles Stunting.

101/22 Nuisance Grounds
Cote: Council accepts the agreement with Stantec Consulting Ltd. to do further testing at the Nuisance Grounds at a cost of $6961.00.

Ferris: Council accepts the application for the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program grant, Detailed Cost Estimate for Landfill Decommissioning & CAP, as prepared by Stantec Consulting Ltd. Further, Council directs the Clerk to contact Stantec Consulting Ltd. and have them submit the grant application on behalf of the Village of Neville.

Cote: That Council accepts the verbal lagoon report for May 2022.

Council was updated on the progress of Asset Management.
105/22 Disc Golf
Ferris: That Council directs the Clerk to order 10 of the 2’ Blue Spruce from Swift Tree Center at $60 per tree. Further Council approves the purchase of 20 more conifer trees as they become available.

Ferris: That Council rescinds motion 89/22 and will look at an Infrastructure Tax for 2023.

Council was informed that there will not be a Commissionaire for our area for 2022.
NEW BUSINESS
Official Community Plan
Council was presented with the Official Community Plan draft for review.
108/22 Carbon Monoxide Detectors
Cote: That Council approves the purchase of 2 carbon monoxide detectors.

109/22 Village Garage Sale
Ferris: That Council approves a village garage sale for July 9, 2022. This will coincide with Vanguad’s garage sale.

Cote: That Council approves the Notice describing the Village Picnic, Clean Up Day and the Garage Sale, to be included with the spring utility bills.

McLearn: That Council directs the Clerk to write to the 2 property owners who need to clean up the area between their buildings. Further Council directs the Clerk to write to the property owners about the repairs to the roadway and the ditch.

Ferris: That Council directs the Clerk to enter into a 3 year contract with Triways Disposal to continue curbside pickup of waste and recycling.

Cote: That Council directs the Clerk to renew the SGI Access to Information Agreement.

Ferris: That Council approves the 2021 Audit as presented. The Mayor will sign after a final review confirms no changes.
