McLearn: Council directed the Clerk to forward the Ministry of the Environment’s questions to Stantec.

Ferris That Council directs the Clerk to order 3 way signs for the intersections of Railway Ave and Mowbray Street.

Cote: Council directs the Clerk to register 3 persons for the June 8, 2023 SWMG Committee meeting with the Minister of the Environment, scheduled for June 8, 2023.

Ferris: That Council directs the Clerk to put $200.00 on account at ISC.

119/23 AED Accessories

Cote: That Council directs the Clerk to purchase batteries and pads for the AED machines at a cost of approximately $400.00 per machine. First, the Clerk is to contact the PAD program to see if there is any assistance.

McLearn: That Council directs the Clerk to repost Council Remuneration for discussion at June 2023 meeting.

121/23 Well Decommissioning

Ferris: That Council directs the Clerk to check if the Canada Community Building Fund could be used for well decommissioning.

122/23 Nuisance Bylaw

Cote: That Council will check compliance with the Nuisance Bylaw before the June meeting.

123/23 Letter to Ratepayer

Ferris: That Council directs the Clerk to write to the ratepayer in question about cleanup on yard and back alley so the Village can mow its property. Further, the letter is to address tenants parking on village lot.

Cote: That Council directs the Clerk to send in the Canada Post petition against closing rural post offices.

125/23 New Administrator

Ferris: That Council directs the Clerk to write to the R.M. of Lac Pelletier No. 107 about meeting to consider job sharing an Administrator position, or office.

Cote: That Council approves the June 2023 calendar.
