12/24 New Administration Hire
McLearn: That Council directs the Clerk to research the applicant’s equivalent education
requirements for the Standard Certificate. Further, Council directs the Clerk to set up a
meeting with the applicant for Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 7 pm.

13/24 Sale of Old Post Office
Ferris: Council accepts the Offer to Purchase Block 2, Lots 11-12, Plan M278 for $3000.00.

14/24 Webinars
Cote: Council directs the Clerk to register 3 for the Provincial Disaster Assistance Program
training session, and 2 for the UMAAS Spring Workshop at a cost of $100.00 per attendee. All out of pocket expenses will be covered.

15/24 Insurance and Administrative Bond
Ferris: That Council was presented with the Administrative Bond as part of the 2024 Insurance
Policy. Further, Council approves the following split of payments: Neville Recreation Board
$1300.00 plus PST, Fire Department $1850.00 plus PST and the Village $3117.00 plus PST.

Cote: That Council directs the Clerk to Pay the following 2024 Memberships or Levies from
General Funds:

17/24 Provincial Public Safety Telecommunication Network
Cote: That Council directs the Clerk to pay the 2024 annual License and rental costs for

Ferris: That Council approves an allocated population amount of 88 persons for the 2025
Saskatchewan Lotteries Community Grant Program.
